Support

Help for everything around running on Podstack — getting into your account, understanding a charge, finishing KYC, and fixing technical issues. Most questions are answered by the guides here; for anything account-, billing-, or incident-specific, contact support.

Getting help fast

  • Email [email protected] — the primary channel, target reply within 24 hours. Billing questions can also go to [email protected].
  • Contact Us page — a contact form and the support phone line (+91 96205 98447, Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST) at dashboard.podstack.ai/contact-us.
  • Compute Advisor — the in-portal AI assistant (floating button on the dashboard) that recommends the right GPU for your workload. It’s for choosing a GPU, not a support agent.

When to use support

Reach for support when you need to:

  • Get into your account — sign-in codes, lost access, sessions (Podstack is passwordless).
  • Understand or dispute billing — a charge, an invoice, run rate, or a refund.
  • Finish KYC — a verification that’s stuck or was rejected.
  • Get GPU access — a GPU type or region that isn’t currently available.
  • Fix a technical issue — pods, storage, SSH, networking, or the CLI.
